Costa Rica Yoga Retreat

April 26 – May 3, 2014

What a beautiful time to go within and completely unplug and de-stress.

This will be a small group so make your reservation now – we will sell out early!  Click Here to make your deposit.

Join Debra Stangl, founder of Sedona Soul Adventures, and Yana Harmsworth, Sedona Soul Adventures practitioner, certified yoga instructor and breathwork practitioner, for a week of reflection, renewal, and transformation in fabulously beautiful Costa Rica.

We’ll be doing daily yoga, meditation and breathing practices.  Lots of options available for massage, bodywork, eco tours, hiking and walks on the beach.

What Will We Be Doing?

On the first day, we’ll all fly into Costa Rica and spend the night. Early the next day we’ll fly to beautiful Manuel Antonio and our fabulous 5 star resort, La Mansion (see the stunning pictures below).

For the rest of the days we’ll start each morning with a beautiful breakfast as we gaze at the ocean and are amazed at our beautiful surroundings.

Every morning we’ll start the day together doing meditation to bring us into alignment and connection.

And then we’ll do a fabulous 1-1/2 hours of yoga each day. Yana’s yoga is designed in such a way that whether you are a beginner or advanced you will feel alive and vital.

After lunch, you’ll have free time to go to the beach, or receive some sort of delicious massage or other type of body work, visit the rainforest or partake of all the different types of adventures that are available in this beautiful place (more information on excursions below).

Midway through our time together we will do a powerful Inner Journey with Breath & Sound. This will be one of the highlights of our week. This incredible practice has the ability to take you into other dimensions (don’t worry — you’ll come back!) and experience healing in a deeply transformational way. Doing a Breath Session in a group setting is extremely powerful and enlightening.

At the end of our retreat we’ll leave together to go San Jose where we will spend the night and then depart for home from San Jose on May 3.

For 20 years Debra was a successful family law attorney and then in 1999 she came to Sedona for the first time; she received the message that it was time for her to leave her law practice and begin her spiritual work in earnest. That led to the founding of Sedona Soul Adventures in 2002 and developing the new concept of private, customized retreats for individuals and couples. Debra’s special passion is Sacred Travel, taking groups of people to experience the incredible energies of power spots around the world, in particular Egypt, Bali and Peru.
