Frequently Asked Questions & Troubleshooting

I can't login to my account, I don't know my username.

Your username is always the full email that you used to sign up for the account.  If you still aren't sure what your username is, please email us at [email protected] and we'll let you know.

I can't login to my account, I don't know my password.

If you don't know your password, you can click here to reset it.   After clicking you'll be directed to a page where you can enter your email address.  Enter the email you signed up with and click "Get New Password"

You'll then get a confirmation message that an email will be sent to you to assist you with creating a new password.  The email is sent immediately, if you don't see it, please look in your promotions folder or your spam folder.  The email will contain a link for you to click. If it's not clickable, highlight/copy the link and paste it into your browser.

You'll be sent to a page where you will enter in your new password twice.  A strong password is suggested but not mandatory.

After confirming your new password you'll get a confirmation message. You can then click the "login" link and enter your email and updated password to login.

If you are still having trouble or have been locked out of the system, please email us at [email protected] and we'll reset your access.

It says I've been locked out, what do I do?

For security purposes if the incorrect email or username is entered too many times, or if a password reset has been requested numerous times, you may end up locked out of your account.  The lockout will resolve itself on its own in a few hours, but you can email us at [email protected] and we'll unlock your account and reset your password for you right away.
