On advancement of deposit to Sedona Soul Adventures, Inc. you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions listed herein.

Note: early registration is encouraged to guarantee your place on the tour.

Tour Price (all prices are in US dollars):
$3795* (Double Occupancy – meaning two people sharing a twin-bed hotel room)
Additional Optional Hotel Costs:
Single Supplement – $1265 (your own private room)

If you choose to pay using Visa or Mastercard, the cost is as follows:
Tour Price: $3910 (Initial Deposit $1000)
Tour with Single Supplement: $5212 (Initial Deposit $1000)

Tour begins in Bali, Indonesia and does not include International Airfare.
The balance of the tour price including any additional optional costs (like Single Supplement), must be paid in full by July 7, 2012.

Sedona Soul Adventures, Inc., as the business agent of Linggih Ning Tour Consultant and Spa Co. (and not as a travel agent), will provide through Linggih Ning Tour Consultant and Spa Co., all transportation expenses within Bali, lodging, excursions as noted on the Detailed Itinerary, entrance fees as noted on the Detailed Itinerary, the services of expert professional guide Cokorda Istri Ratih Iryani of Linggih Ning Tour Consultant and Spa Co., Sedona Soul Adventures guides for meditations, and those meals as noted on the Detailed Itinerary; beverages not included.

* All fees are based on current rates of exchange and present listed fares (September, 2011) and are subject to change. We will make every effort to maintain the listed price. In the event prices shall increase, the additional payment must be made to Sedona Soul Adventures no later than July 8, 2012.

Fees are based on double-occupancy in twin-bed rooms. We will make every effort to accommodate your roommate requests, however, these requests cannot be guaranteed.

Insurance:
Travel insurance is provided in the cost of your tour package and includes the following:
Trip Interruption Return Air Only: $750
Trip Delay: $750 (max $150 per day)
Missed Connection: $250
Baggage & Personal Effects Loss: $1,000
Baggage Delay: $300
Medical Expense: $25,000
Emergency Medical Transportation: $500,000
Trip cancellation insurance is NOT included but is strongly encouraged.

Items Not Included:
Transportation from your home to the starting point of the tour in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia and return, airport taxes, passports, visas, excess baggage charges, laundry or dry cleaning, telephone calls, telexes, faxes, cables, wines, liquors, beer, water, soft drinks, coffee and/or tea, meals not stated in the Detailed Itinerary, excursions listed as optional in the Detailed Itinerary, optional spa services, room service, items of a personal nature and gratuities. Trip cancellation insurance is NOT included but is strongly recommended.

Cancellations:
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or to cancel any part of the Tour, the following cancellation policy will apply:

On or before May 7, 2012: All tour monies received, less a $250.00 processing fee and unrecoverable monies from accommodations and other deposits made upon your behalf, will be refunded for cancellations received in writing on or before May 7, 2012.

May 8 – June 7, 2012: A cancellation charge of $500.00, plus unrecoverable monies from accommodations and other deposits made upon your behalf, will be withheld for cancellations received in writing between June 8, 2012 and July 8, 2012.

NO REFUNDS after June 7, 2012: No refunds will be made for cancellations received AFTER June 7, 2012 OR for any portion of the trip unattended. In the event you decide to leave the tour at any time, there will be no refunds and you will be asked to sign a declaration stating that it is your decision to leave the tour so that the proper local officials may be notified. This is a firm policy, please do not ask us to deviate from it; we highly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation policy if you have concerns that you may have to cancel the trip.

Responsibilities:
Sedona Soul Adventures, Inc. acts only as a business agent through Linggih Ning Tour Consultant and Spa Co. (and not as a travel agent) for the suppliers and contractors providing transportation, hotels, and sightseeing activities and neither Sedona Soul Adventures, Inc. nor Linggih Ning Tour Consultant and Spa Co. assumes any responsibility, however caused, for your personal injury or personal property loss or damage in connection with any service. For any circumstances arising as a result of military, terrorist, political action, weather, acts of God, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other circumstances over which Sedona Soul Adventures, Inc. or Linggih Ning Tour Consultant and Spa Co. has no control, neither Sedona Soul Adventures, Inc. nor Linggih Ning Tour Consultant and Spa Co. shall be liable to you. Sedona Soul Adventures, Inc. and Linggih Ning Tour Consultant and Spa Co. reserves the right to alter, change or omit any part of the itinerary, reservation, conveyance or routing at any time without notice, where necessary or deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of the group.

Written Release and Agreement:
You further agree to sign a Release and Agreement which sets forth the conditions herein and such other conditions as may be deemed necessary. Failure or refusal to sign said Release and Agreement will be grounds for cancellation of your reservation; monies paid to date will not be refunded.

Modifications:
In the future, it may be necessary for Sedona Soul Adventures, Inc. to make modifications of the above “Terms and Conditions” and in that event Sedona Soul Adventures will forward a copy of such modifications to persons confirmed on the trip both by e-mail and postal mail. The “Terms and Conditions” in effect on the date that travel begins on September 8, 2012 will be binding on all participants.
