Everything Will Be All Right In the End - Sedona Soul Adventures

Everything Will Be All Right In the End

So much is going on right now, that I think everyone needs to hear this message:

“Everything will be all right in the end.”

And if you’re still lounging around today at the end of the Thanksgiving weekend, I have another one of my “Best Spiritual Movies” for you: “The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel.”

For me, it’s delightful (and spiritual) for two reasons:

1. It shows how 6 people can be in the exact same situation and surroundings, and have completely different experiences (from horrible to amazing).

And…

2. The mantra of the young Indian character which is so absolutely true — “Everything will be all right in the end. If it’s not all right, then it’s not the end!”

Watch my video… I hope you enjoy it:

As I say in the video, I know that sometimes just saying a happy mantra isn’t going to fix your life, sometimes you need more than that.

It’s all about moving out the Gunk and the Blocks that are holding you in disconnection and then moving you back into Connection on all the levels – physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. The specific ways are different for each person. That’s why we custom design retreats for exactly what you need and that’s why they are so powerful and effective.

Hi, I’m Debra Stangl, founder of Sedona Soul Adventures and International bestselling author of The Journey To Happy, coming to you again from incredibly beautiful Sedona, Arizona – and I’m so happy you’re here with me.

In these series of videos I’m talking about concepts from my book

“The Journey to Happy– How Embracing the Concept that Nothing is wrong can transform your life”.

Today I’m continuing my series of talking to you about my favorite spiritual movies. Movies that you might not necessarily think of as spiritual, and I’m doing this series for two reasons:

  1. I love the messages these movies have.
  2. Watching a movie can very often, just immediately make you feel better.

One of the things that I talk about a lot in my book is that when you start to feel yourself starting to slip and just starting to not feel great, that’s when you need to do something, anything, to start making yourself feel better… like listening to music, petting your dog or your cat, or watching a movie that makes you laugh or feel good.

So this is one of those movies for me. It’s called “The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel.”

I love this movie for two reasons:

  1. It shows how 6 people can be in the exact same situation and surroundings, and have completely different experiences (from horrible to amazing)

and

  1. I love the mantra of the young Indian character which is absolutely true (hang on for a moment, I’ll get to it).

So the movie is about 6 older British people (all incredible actors like Maggie Smith), all of whom are retirement age and think they are going to retire to an amazingly beautiful hotel in India that has been set up for people in their golden years. But then when they get there, the place is completely dilapidated, doesn’t have proper plumbing and the food is making almost all of them run to the restroom constantly, etc., etc., etc.

But it is so incredible to watch the reactions of these 6 different people. For some of them, the colors and smells and intensity of India are amazing and fascinating and fabulous and an incredible learning experience. For the others, it is horrible and nasty and dirty and awful and they can’t wait to get away. The ones who are negative, basically stay negative, but for the ones who are open and interested, it is a transformational, fantastic experience.

And isn’t that how our lives are? Haven’t you been in situations where for some people, it’s wonderful and fabulous, and for others, the exact same situation is terrible and awful? It’s such a lesson in the fact that it’s not about what’s going on outside — it’s about what’s going on inside.

Many years ago I read in one of Wayne Dyer’s books where he said, “When you squeeze an orange, you get orange juice.”

So what comes out of you when you get squeezed?

Complaints? Blame? Anger?

Or Interest? Wonderment? Enthusiasm?

Like I always say, it’s always an inside job. And it’s always about how you decide to look at things and experience things.

Now here’s the second part I love: The young Indian man who is trying to run the hotel (in the face of the obstacles of fixing up the hotel and wanting to marry the woman he loves), is constantly saying, “Everything will be all right in the end. If it’s not all right, then it’s not the end!”

Isn’t that great?

It’s so true, isn’t it? Don’t you find in your own life, that most often, things just really have a way of working out? Don’t you find that the things you’re most worried about never happen?

When we have that knowing, that deep belief, that All Is Well, everything really is working out, that everything really will be all right… It’s amazing what a difference it makes in moving through the trials and tribulations that we all face each day.

So I invite you to keep saying that to yourself: “Everything will be all right in the end. If it’s not all right, then it’s not the end!”

Now I get it, sometimes just saying a happy mantra isn’t going to fix your life. Sometimes you need more than that.

How are you feeling right now?

Does life sometimes feel overwhelming for you?
Do you sometimes feel no matter what you do, you can’t get out from underneath it all?
Do you feel like there’s nothing you can do about  it?

Well, I’m here to tell you there is something you can do about it. Your life can be transformed if you’re willing to take responsibility for your life and your creations. The way you perceive the world and the way you move in the world can be changed in an instant. I see it all the time and it is truly miraculous.

It’s all about moving out the gunk and the blocks that are holding you in disconnection and then moving you back into connection on all the levels – physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. The specific ways are different for each person. That’s why our custom-designed retreats are so powerful and effective

So call us – connect with one of our Angel Guides and let them design a retreat that can bring you back into the knowing that All is Well. It can change your life.
