“I was fighting a battle of fear…”
I received the most beautiful message from someone who did a Soul Adventure with us earlier this month.
Teresa told me her Soul Adventure changed her life and she wrote to me, “Thank you for your vision and putting this Soul Adventure program together. Your life will definitely be a legacy.”
One of the powerful things we do is to have people write a postcard to themselves which we then send to them so when they get home, they’re reminded again of what happened.

Oh Teresa, that just brought tears to my eyes. It’s so interesting because when people come to us telling us that they are in pain, we always tell them that we aren’t doctors, we don’t have doctors on staff, and so dealing directly with physical issues is something we don’t do. But I know in my own life, that there is always an underlying emotional and spiritual aspect and that if those can be dealt with, it’s amazing what happens.
For most of us, our pain is really about our emotional and spiritual pain. For Teresa, it was her fear. And now she doesn’t feel fearful, she feels strong and confident and whole. What a beautiful transformation!
