Befriending Death & Dying with Enocha Ranjita Ryan
Although this sounds like it may be a downer, I assure you isn’t!
One of the things these times has done is make us so much more aware of death and made many of us so much more appreciative of life. When we can connect with death and the knowing that it is another hugely important part of life, it loses its grip on us, and we release our fear and embrace life in an even bigger and better way.

Ranjita's Meditation
Preparing for your own Death.
You have just been told by your compassionate Doctor that you only have three months to live:
After the shock you begin to ask yourself these important questions:
- What unfinished “business” do I have to complete.
- What’s on my bucket list that I really want to do before I die?
- Who do I need to heal with/forgive?
- Have I forgiven myself for all that I could have done better?
- How do I want to complete this life?
- What legacy do I want to leave for your future generations?
- What do I need to do to put all my affairs in order?
- How do I want to support my loved ones with the generosity of my resources?
- How do you want to be supported as you leave this world?
- Who do you want to be there for you as you transition?
- What is your relationship with God/Spirit/ Divine Love that can be enhanced so as to make a smooth transition to the light? To Freedom?
- How can I befriend death so I look forward to this great Rite-of-passage with curiosity, enthusiasm and be Welcomed HOME?
- How do I want my body to be cared for after death?
- And how do I want my body to be disposed of that would be in harmony with my values?
