Bali Sacred Spirit
A Final Sedona Soul Adventures Journey

September 12–25, 2026

More than a vacation -- it's a pilgrimage.

Sedona Soul Adventures is offering its final journey to Bali—a rare, reverent, deeply human experience of one of the most spiritually alive places on Earth.

Bali is not something you visit.Bali is something that meets you.

This journey has been created for people who feel that call—and are ready to say yes.

Why This Bali Journey Is Different

Most people see Bali from the outside.

They visit temples. They take photos. They skim the surface.

This journey takes you inside.

Inside sacred spaces rarely open to outsiders. Inside living ceremony—not performances for tourists. Inside a slower rhythm where devotion, beauty, and daily life are inseparable. Inside yourself.

This is Bali as it is lived by the Balinese—guided by those who belong to the land.

Your Guides

Debra Stangl & Richard Kepple

This journey is led by Debra Stangl and Richard Kepple, of Sedona Soul Adventures, longtime guides of transformational experiences around the world.

Together, they bring a rare balance of depth and groundedness, spirituality and humanity, reverence and humor.

They don’t lead from a pedestal. They walk alongside you.

Debra is known for creating spaces that are emotionally safe, spiritually rich, and deeply human. She holds a steady, compassionate container—so what opens inside you has room to land and integrate. She's been leading groups in Bali since 2007, in addition to leading groups in Egypt and Peru since 2004.

Richard brings clarity, warmth, and grounded presence. He has a gift for helping people feel at ease, especially those newer to spiritual travel or group journeys. Together, Debra and Richard ensure the experience feels welcoming to both women and men, whether you arrive solo or partnered.

Their leadership is attentive, collaborative, and respectful—never intrusive, never performative.

With Cok Ratih — Balinese Princess & Cultural Guardian

Our Balinese guide is Cok Ratih, a woman beloved throughout the island and often called the “Princess Diana of Bali.”

Ratih is a Balinese princess, the daughter of the last King of Peliatan, and a direct descendant of one of Bali’s most revered royal lineages. She is also a former Miss Universe Indonesia, a recipient of the coveted National Dance Award, and a lifelong steward of Balinese culture, dance, and ceremony. Debra has been working with Rahih since 2007.

Because of who she is—and how she walks in the world—doors open.

With Ratih, we are welcomed into:

  • Royal palaces
  • Private ancestral temples
  • Sacred ceremonies not available to tourists
  • Authentic blessings offered with reverence
This access cannot be bought. It comes from lineage, relationship, and deep respect.

Who This Journey Is For

This journey is for women and men who are spiritually oriented in a grounded, human way.

You don’t need to be a total enlightened being, but you do need to value meaning, ritual, meditation, and sacred cultural experience.

This is not a couples retreat.

Most participants will likely be single women, though men and couples are absolutely welcome.

What matters is not your relationship status—but your openness, respect, and willingness to engage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have Questions? We’re here to help

Who is this journey for?

This journey is for women and men who are spiritually oriented in a grounded, human way. You don’t need to be highly spiritual, but you do need to value meaning, meditation, ceremony, and sacred cultural experience.

Most participants will likely be single women, though men and couples are absolutely welcome.

Is this a couples retreat?

No. This is not a couples retreat.

Many people attend on their own, and the journey is designed for personal experience and shared group connection—not relationship work. You will not feel like the odd one out if you come solo.

How big is the group?

The group is intentionally kept small and intimate.

  • Minimum group size: 15 participants
  • Maximum group size: 21 participants

This allows for ease of movement, genuine connection, and access to sacred spaces that larger groups simply cannot enter.

Do I need to be spiritual?

Yes—in a grounded way.

This journey includes daily meditation, temple visits, blessings, and ceremonies that are an integral part of Balinese life. You don’t need to be deeply experienced or follow a specific spiritual path—but this is not a sightseeing-only trip.

Will someone meet me at the airport?

Yes.

You will be personally met at the Bali airport by our driver and transferred directly to the Komaneka Keramas Beach hotel. From that point forward, all group transportation is handled for you.

Is early arrival recommended?

Yes—strongly recommended, though not required.

Arriving a day early allows your body to rest, adjust to the time change, and settle in before the group journey begins. This can be arranged after registration.

Is this really the final Bali journey?

Yes.
