If you’re looking for growth in any of these areas of your life, then -
Thriving in the Growth Zone - (our newest class) - will help you…

  • Meet challenges with greater courage and ease
  • Feel more confident navigating new situations
  • Break through barriers and advance in both your personal and professional life
  • Give you insights on how to grow in any situation life presents you with
  • Feel excited about trying something new

Life is full of opportunities, however, taking charge and pursuing them can be challenging. What holds us back is likely a comfort-oriented mindset.

Being in the comfort zone can be both relaxing and rejuvenating, and it’s important to have relaxation and rejuvenation in our lives. But staying in the comfort zone also leads to a life of routine and just plain old boredom. The ability to enter the Growth Zone depends on our willingness to embrace life’s challenges.

Being able to welcome challenges is a skill set that allows you to identify and pursue opportunities that you otherwise would shy away from.

“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone”

~ Neale Donald Walsch

Expanding toward thriving in the Growth Zone, we begin to feel more comfortable recognizing challenges as opportunities for continued learning and improvement in areas like career, personal development, passion and purpose, wellness, and relationships.

We begin to reframe failures as learning opportunities, take responsibility and realize that there are no mistakes.

Thriving in the Growth Zone also means developing a forward-thinking, proactive mindset. Giving you the ability to look ahead with confidence and plan for eventualities.

About the class

“Thriving in the Growth Zone” is a LIVE 90-minute weekly class on Zoom. The classes are both informative and interactive and happen in a group learning environment.

Between classes, you will have opportunities to practice coming out of your comfort zone and moving into the Growth Zone.

To participate in this program, you will need to be in a quiet location with a reliable internet connection. To participate fully you will want to use either a computer or tablet with a webcam and a microphone.

Recordings will be sent after each class (but it will be most beneficial if you can personally attend as many sessions as possible). All replays will be available until one week after the last class ends.

The “Thriving in the Growth Zone” class is an educational program. While participation in this program may have therapeutic benefits, it is not therapy.

  • Class Starts: June 1st
  • Class Schedule: Thursdays / 9:30 -11 am PT/ for 4 weeks

Testimonials

I thoroughly enjoyed the class. As always, Komala is a real pro, and always gentle and non-judgmental. She makes each student feel comfortable and is open to the questions posed. She keeps the topic moving along, asks thought-provoking questions, and provides clear tools to understand and use the materials in a practical manner. I left the class with the tools I can implement in my daily life to help me move forward, and embrace the changes I want to make in my life in order to continue to grow and develop. I would like to have seen this session last a couple of more weeks! Thank you!
