Our 2022 Egypt trip originally sold out in less than 2 weeks, but now we’ve had 4 people who had to cancel — so we have 4 spots available.

We go to all the must-see places:

• The Great Pyramid (including 2 hours of private time just for our group for ceremony)
• The Sphinx (where we have special admission to do ceremony between the paws of the Sphinx — this is closed to the general public)
• Temple Complex of Karnak
• Luxor Temple (which we see lit up at night — it’s other worldly!)
• Abu Simbel (the largest statues in the world)
• The Egyptian Museum of Antiquities (to see the complete King Tut exhibit and all the other treasures)

We’ll also see the brand new National Museum of Egyptian Civilization where they have some of the most famous mummies in the world (they just opened in April).

And we go to places that the average tourist doesn’t go to, with special admissions provided for our group.

• Isis Temple at Philae

One of the first things you might be thinking is – “Is Egypt safe?” I was just there in February and (as usual) it was wonderful, incredible, and safe.

Everyone in the group commented that they felt completely safe.

Can you believe it? This will be my 22nd trip to Egypt! The first time I went was in 1983 and I’ve been taking groups there every year since 2004. I’ve been working with my Egyptian travel partners since 1995. The Egyptian people are some of the warmest, friendliest people you will ever meet, and they love Americans.

We are also on a new cruise ship (one I’ve never even seen) and I am told by my Egyptian travel partners that it is absolutely incredible!

Over the years, people have asked me if it’s necessary to have done a Soul Adventures retreat to go on our trip? It’s not a requirement (but it’s very wonderful).

And to answer COVID questions, it is not required to be vaccinated to go to Egypt. We will need to do a COVID test before entering the country and a test to re-enter the United States (even vaccinated people need to do the test). We handle all the arrangements for the test to come back into the US – we did it this past February and it was simple and easy.
