Your Life Is Right Now
I have a note that I keep on my computer that says“Your Life Is Right Now”. It reminds me that my life is happening right now — my level of joy and happiness and contentment is right now, not in some distant future that isn’t happening yet.
This week I was with our Sedona Soul Adventures grads on our “Sedona Sharing” call, talking about this and how it’s not about getting the new job or the new house or losing 20 pounds or having your husband or wife or children be different or the other things you might be telling yourself that you must have in order to be happy. It’s the happiness and joy and contentment you’re feeling right now.
