I want to share urgent and important information regarding our Sedona Soul Adventures Peru Journey (June 17–30, 2026) – especially our time at Machu Picchu.
We’ve just received word from Jorge's office in Peru that the Peruvian Ministry of Culture is releasing Machu Picchu entrance tickets in limited windows, and they are selling out extremely fast – even 5–6 months in advance, which is highly unusual.
Why this matters:
Our journey includes three separate entrances to Machu Picchu, including Circuit 2, the most complete and sought-after experience. These tickets are now among the hardest to secure. Normally, we have until April for finalizing this trip, but everything is changing because so many people want to go to Machu Picchu. I've been doing this trip since 2008 and I've never seen anything like it.
Once tickets are gone, they are gone – and there is no waitlist.
What you need to know:
- Machu Picchu tickets are:
- Issued with your exact passport name and passport number
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- We cannot hold or change these tickets once purchased
- We will not run the trip unless we reach a minimum of 15 participants
- To secure tickets, we must submit a confirmed passenger list as soon as possible
Our partners are already struggling to secure tickets for May groups, even with lists submitted last week. This is unprecedented.
What this means for you:
If you feel the call to Peru – now is the time to decide.
We expect Machu Picchu tickets for our dates could sell out within the next 30 days.
To move forward, you must be ready to:
- Commit to the journey
- Provide your full passport details
- Understand that Machu Picchu tickets are final once issued
