Greetings from Amsterdam!
Our talk at Mindvalley went great! We were so happy! So many of you said prayers for us and it is greatly appreciated!
We spoke about our new book, How To Have A High-Vibe Relationship, which is set to launch on October 30th.
We discovered when we go there that Vishen Lakhiani (the founder of Mindvalley) was set to speak at the same time as us on the main stage. He was talking about "How Vishen uses AI everyday" and we thought, “Oh no, nobody's going to come to our talk, they'll all be in with Vishen!"
But that's not at all what happened! Our room was packed! It was standing room only!
We started out by playing the Beatles song "All You Need Is Love,” and people actually started humming along.
And then a few minutes in, we got everybody up on their feet to get into their body and start moving the energy. We played the Beatles "Twist and Shout" and it was pandemonium! Everybody was up and shaking and twisting, and then we had them breathe together. Everybody was so into it!
We talked about the principles that we teach in our couples retreats:
- That the biggest cause of problems in a relationship is the "gunk" each person is bringing (their Core Wounds, traumas, limiting beliefs, behaviors, etc.).
- That unless and until you find, release and heal the gunk, you can't have a truly happy or fulfilling life or relationship.
- We showed them how to start moving the gunk using the Sedona Formula (which we use in all our retreats).
- We talked about how the purpose of all relationships is to nurture the other person in the way they need to be nurtured.
Our 50-minute speech ended exactly on time (the event planners appreciated that so much) and everybody just loved it!
We had to leave the room right away so the next speakers could come in and so many people followed us out of the room to ask us questions, we stayed another hour talking to people and answering their questions.
The most wonderful and amazing thing has been that in the two days since we did the speech, so many people have come up to us saying, "I loved your speech!" and “It helped me so much" and “You give me hope.” Isn't that great?
So thank you for your prayers, it worked!!
