This past week & your Soul Purpose
How was your week? Did you feel a little off, or a little unfocused, or a little “what the heck is going on”? Or you might have felt a little shaken up. Or, at the other end of the spectrum, you might have felt really energized from all this energy that’s coming in right now. But almost everyone I’ve talked to (myself included) felt a little off this past week.
And it’s no surprise, there was so much going on this past week. And all of this energy is continuing right now, in fact now is the time to ride this wave and see what it has for you and your life.
Here’s all the things that have been affecting you and will continue to do so in the next few weeks (and see below for how you can take advantage of these):
• 8-8-8 Lion’s Gate Harmonic Alignment
• New Moon in Leo
• Perseid Meteor Showers
• Venus in Retrograde
8-8-8 Lion’s Gate Harmonic Alignment. In numerology, 2015 is an “8” year (2+0+1+5=8), so August 8, 2015, was 8-8-8. A portal called the Lion’s Gate Harmonic opened between July 26 and August 12 and you’re still feeling the effects of it. This took place in Leo, which means it’s all about you and who you are. The number 8 has to do with personal power, self-confidence, inner-strength, manifesting abundance and prosperity and bringing together the spiritual and material.
New Moon in Leo. This past Friday, was the New Moon in Leo. You are still feeling the effects of this today (Sunday). The New Moon is a time of new beginnings and in Leo it’s all about igniting your passions (in work and in relationships) and aligning with your soul’s purpose. So when you combine that with the energy of the 8-8-8 Lion’s Gate, you have this special energy right now that you can utilize (more on that below).
Perseid Meteor Showers. The showers peaked this past week (August 9-13). Seeing this other-worldly sight, calls to the divine spark that is within each one of us. You can’t look at that without feeling that stirring within you. And even if you didn’t see them, just knowing about them or seeing pictures of them or hearing about them awakens that energetic within you.
Venus in Retrograde. I wrote about this a few weeks ago, but the special relevance now is the combination with the New Moon in Leo. This is a time for us to reflect on our deepest heart’s desires. What do you truly want?
So what does all this mean to you? It means that the Universe is conspiring to bring all these energies to you in these amazing combinations to shake you up (that’s why you may have felt a little disoriented this past week) and get you to really start asking yourself the question of what do you want? Are you living your life purpose? And then giving you the energy to manifest this in your life.
Take some time today to spend 5 minutes in reflection on your life. Are you living the life you want? Do you have the relationship you want? Are you living your life purpose? If not, what would it take to bring that into your life? Set the timer on your phone for 5 minutes and take some deep breaths, asking yourself these questions and once the timer goes off, write down your thoughts.
After that, spend another 5 minutes setting your intentions and bringing in the energy of the New Moon and the 8-8-8 portal to energize those intentions. This is powerful stuff and you might be amazed at what happens.
This is a powerful time. Use the power of this time to really come into alignment with your wishes and your desires. Come to Sedona and do a retreat. It’s the fastest way I know of to bring in the life or the relationship you’re craving.
