I went through training as a traditional life coach and found it very deficient for what I was trying to do with people, so I just kept adding my own stuff! I was starting Sedona Soul Adventures at the same time, so incorporating the two things just made so much sense. Working with my Intuition, helping my clients open up to their Intuition and focusing on their energy and how they were feeling, rather than focusing only on goals and To Do Lists, etc.

I started calling what I was doing Transformational Life Coaching (long before anyone else was using that term) and I found that when I helped my clients stay in a really high vibration, that incredible things happened – they discovered their life purpose and started living it, they doubled their income, they lost 100 pounds (and kept it off), their relationships with their spouses (and everyone else) got better.

Someone would start off with a particular problem, but inevitably every single part of their life would get better, because that’s how it works. When we address the issues that are causing us problems, every part of our life gets better.

Many years ago we started including ongoing coaching as part of our Sedona Soul Adventures retreats because we knew that once people go home, they need help to really anchor in the incredible transformations they have during their retreats. The Transformational Soul Coaching really helped them with that.

But by early 2022, our team couldn’t keep up with demand. We created a high-level certification program to train a small number of experienced and established coaches to learn our proprietary Transformational Soul Coaching system so we could bring them onto our team. We sent out one email and over 700 people applied. Over half of them said, “I’m not a coach, but I would like to be and I’d like to learn how you do it.”

So that’s why we’re here.

New study: Traveling makes you happier – “Experiences are more valuable than things”

I was reading another article this past week about a study from Cornell University, which says that people who travel are happier.

They also list things like it gives you more self confidence and makes you more open minded, and they also say that women who travel regularly have fewer heart attacks! Wow!

I know that travel for me has been a huge part of the happiness in my life. I get to dream about this trip all year long and it always makes me happy.

The trip is so fantastic and to be able to experience this with other spiritual adventurers is such a huge blessing.
