Finding your smile again
What a week it’s been! I don’t care where you fall on the political spectrum, there was a lot of energy moving this week!
So l really loved it when I got this beautiful message today from Sandra who completed her Soul Adventure last month:
“I am “great full” for the one-on-one experience that I had with all of my practitioners. After the loss of my husband and the turmoil that followed, it was the healing energy of these special people and the energy of Sedona that has helped me find not only peace, but my smile and my motivation to succeed in my life. I am forever grateful.”
That touches me so deeply. Sandra lost her husband but she was able to find peace again. Not only to find peace, but to find her smile again.
It’s the thing that makes me the happiest — this knowing that no matter what is going on in our lives, it’s possible to come back to peace and it’s even possible to get our smile back. I see it all the time with our work here at Sedona Soul Adventures and that’s what I talk about in my book, The Journey To Happy.
Because it is a journey. How do we find our way back to peace and happiness after a loss or when our lives aren’t going the way we want them to? It’s still amazing to me to see what can happen when people come to us.
